Sean Black cofounded Lease Harbor in March of 2000. Mr. Black has been deeply involved in all aspects of the company since its inception and continues to have primary responsibility for technical architecture, infrastructure, and operations at Lease Harbor. Mr. Black believes it is important to have a hands-on approach when it comes to the technologies upon which Lease Harbor runs. By providing the highest quality software of its kind, Lease Harbor has become the market leader for fully integrated lease accounting and lease administration software.
Prior to founding Lease Harbor, Mr. Black was a Senior Architect at a Chicago-based software consulting company. Mr. Black holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer science from Northern Illinois University.

Scott Williams cofounded Lease Harbor in March of 2000 and has led the overall management of the company and software development since the beginning. His leadership has built a team that produces the leading fully integrated lease accounting and lease administration software solution.
Before starting Lease Harbor, Mr. Williams spent twelve years in commercial real estate, where he held various positions including broker, National Director of Research & Information Services, and Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Williams earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Arizona State University.

Bryan Seck has over 25 years of executive leadership, concentrating on real estate and technology platforms supporting CRE and lease accounting. Bryan works with global partners worldwide, forming strategic relationships to facilitate leasing software for their clients. Bryan has been an executive leader with Accenture, Ricoh, and LeaseAccelerator. He was recently hired as CRO of Lease Harbor to help support the 1800+ customers Lease Harbor has supported over 25 years in business, and help support the partner ecosystem.

Blake Harbaugh is a CPA and partner at Lease Harbor. He joined the company in 2003 shortly after its inception. Over his 18 years with Lease Harbor, Blake has been heavily involved with most management functions and the business development process. Since 2015, he served a more focused role in the design and development of the Apex Lease Accounting solution, as well as commercializing, implementing, and supporting it for existing and new Lease Harbor clients
Prior to Lease Harbor, Blake spent 10 years in various public company Controller and CFO roles, principally in the commercial real estate services sector. The first 7.5 years of his career were in Big 4 public accounting at PwC, formerly Coopers & Lybrand, ultimately as Manager in the Firm’s assurance practice.

Ms. Ross started her career in Dallas’s commercial real estate industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Central Oklahoma.
